Gopher Backup is a trade name (DBA) of Red 1 Solutions LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. We keep your data private and never sell your personal information to third parties. Period.

Your backup files are encrypted with AES-256 encryption before being transmitted to our servers. We store your data on private servers located in the United States. We do not access, read, or analyze the contents of your backup files except as required to resolve a technical issue you have specifically requested help with.
We retain your backup data for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription, your backup data is retained for 30 days to allow recovery in case of accidental cancellation. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our servers. Account information is retained for 7 years as required for financial record-keeping compliance.
